Introduction
The construction of the temple was carried out by Shri Ravindra Kumar Jain in 2003. Shri Ravindra Kumar Jain mentioned that previously there was no Jain temple in the area, and one had to go far for the darshan. Therefore, he decided to build a temple in the area. The search for a suitable location for the temple construction began, but no suitable place was found. Eventually, his wife suggested donating 150 square yards of land for the construction of the temple. Shri Ravindra Kumar Jain decided to donate 150 square yards of land for the temple construction.
In 1998, Shri 108 Saurabh Sagar Ji Maharaj and Acharya Shri 108 Prabal Sagar Ji Maharaj came to the area. They advised Ravindra Ji that the temple should be built on 250 square yards for its grandeur. Accepting Maharaj Ji advice, Ravindra Ji donated 250 square yards of land for the temple construction. Initially, Ravindra Ji planned to build the temple on the upper floor and have four rooms and a large hall on the lower floor. However, while the construction was underway, Ravindra Kumar Jain realized that one day they would also become elderly and wondered how they would be able to go upstairs for darshan of Shri Ji. With this thought in mind, he decided to build the temple on the lower floor instead of the upper floor.
The Mool (main) Vedi (altar) of the temple houses the Moolnayak Pratima (main deity’s idol) of Shri Adinath Bhagwan Ji. Along with the Moolnayak Pratima, there are idols of Shri Padmaprabhu Bhagwan, Shri Shantinath Bhagwan ji, Shri Neminath Bhagwan ji, Shri Mahavir Bhagwan ji, Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan ji, and Bahubali Bhagwan ji along with other idols. The temple also has Vedi of Mata Padmavati ji and Kshetrapal Baba ji.
After some time, Ravindra Kumar Jain thought that arrangements should be made for the Jain saints who come to the temple, so he donated a space of 180 square yards named after his son. He also donated this space to the temple and constructed a Dharamshala for Saints. In the temple premises there is a large lecture hall, and a Jain Dharmarth Ayurvedic dispensary, where medicines are provided at nominal charges. The total area of the temple now is 430 square yards. Daily rituals like worship, ablutions, and Abhishek (auspicious bath of the idol) are performed in the temple.
Atishay Katha
Mr. Ravindra Kumar Jain narrates that during the construction of the temple, it was also planned to construct the Vedi of Mata Padmavati and Kshetrapal Baba in the same precinct. However, someone advised him that the shrines of Devs should not be established in the Samavsharan of Bhagwan. Ravindra Jain decided to allocate a separate space for the Vedi of the Devs. Some time later, he found out that his son had been kidnapped and a ransom of twenty lakh rupees was demanded. Worried, Ravindra Jain went to the Jain temple in Sarai Mohalla and begged forgiveness from the Bhagwan. Shortly afterward, his son returned home safely. After this incident, he established the Vedi of Mata Padmavati and Kshetrapal Baba in the Samavsharan of the temple.

Second Incident- Shri Ravindra Kumar Jain Ji performs daily worship and Abhishek (auspicious bath of the idol) in the temple. One day, when he came to the temple, he noticed that the Moolnayak Pratima already had saffron tilak applied on it. He looked around, but there was no one else in the temple besides him. No one could enter the temple without opening the lock. Therefore, it is believed that the arrival of the Dev occurs in the temple following this incident.
Dharamshala
In Rohtak, there is a community of 300 Digambar Jain families. The management of the temple is handled by the Jain community. Jain Saints occasionally visit Rohtak. Adequate arrangements are available for those who come to visit the temple. If a pilgrim contacts the temple before arriving, arrangements for accommodation and meals are provided by the Jain community. There is also a Jain Dharmarth Ayurvedic dispensary along with the temple, where Ayurvedic treatments are provided. A Jain library has been established in the area. The Jain community runs girls' and boys' schools where education is provided to students from all communities. One day a week, a Jain pathshala (school) is organized for children of lower-income families, so that they can learn about Jain principles and apply them in their lives.
History
Rohtak is a district in the state of Haryana, India. It was founded by King Rohtash, who built the fort of Rohtasgarh (Rohatash's fort). Rohtak district is surrounded by five districts of Haryana from all sides. To its north lies Jind, to the east lies Sonipat, to the west lies Bhiwani, to the south lies Jhajjar, to the northwest lies Hisar, and to the southwest lies Bahadurgarh. Rohtak is a major market for grains and cotton. The industrial activities here include food processing, cotton ginning, and textile weaving on power looms.
