Mahavir Jain Mandir Banchari
Previously, the Vedi housed an idol of Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan, but due to the lack of sufficient security in the temple, the idol was stolen.

Introduction
Shri 1008 Mahavir Digambar Jain Mandir is located in Banchari village, 25 kilometers away from Palwal city. The temple is about 100 years old. It is said that before the construction of this temple, there were no other Jain temple in the area. At that time, there were more than fifty Jain households in the region, which led to the construction of the Jain temple. The construction of the temple was supported by the Jain community from Jurhera, located 36 kilometers from Banchari. Jurhera was part of ancient Mewat but is now part of Rajasthan. The temple was built with the efforts of the Jurhera Jain community, especially with the inspiration of Shri Mool Chand Jain from Jurhera. The temple has the Mool Vedi (main altar) of Shri 1008 Mahavir Bhagwan. This idol is 100 years old, dating back to the time of the temple's construction. Alongside the idol of Shri Mahavir Bhagwan, there is an idol of Shri Shantinath Bhagwan made of white stone and an idol of Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan made of ashtadhatu (eight metals).

Later, the ashtadhatu (eight metals) idol of Shri Parshvanath Bhagwan was enshrined on the Vedi. The worship and rituals at the temple are performed by Shri Vishnu Jain, a local Jain resident.
Dharamshala
In Banchari, there is only one Jain family, which manages the temple. Adjacent to the temple is a Jain dharamshala where arrangements are made for the stay of the Maharaj Ji when he visits the place. If any pilgrim comes from another area to visit the temple, they can also choose to stay in the dharmshala.
History

Palwal is also known for its famous sites like Baba Udas Temple, Panchvati Temple, Pandav Van, Raja Nahar Singh Fort and the Dargah of Syed Sharif, which attract many devotees.
